Art of the Car Concours - KCMO

I didn’t take nearly enough photos, so many cars and all in great condition. Everything from a 1914 Overland to a 1972 Ferrari 246 GTS Dino. So many cars and after the first couple cars that I took pics of I just gave up and chatted about them with my mom and dad. Lesson learned, Oppo. It’s not all about substance or silly videos and photos. Sometimes all it takes to make great memories is your senses. Just listening to my mom and dad talk about their own memories about some of these old machines was worth more than anything.

By all means, if any of you have the opportunity to go to a Concours you should go. This was my second and won’t be my last. My favorites? 1937 Cord 810 Westchester, 1958 Fiat Abarth Record Monza Coupe, 1955 Packard Request Concept, and the giant 1950 GM Futurliner. All of which are not pictured, because I gave up playing with my electronic device and decided to talk and make memories instead.

Enjoy your own car-related memories, Oppo!
